Update: All lanes of the Caloosahatchee Bride have been reopened.
Earlier reporting: Lee County Sheriff's Office confirmed a traffic crash at the base of the Caloosahatchee Bridge. Southbound lanes of the bridge are currently closed.
Motorists should avoid the area and seek an alternate route.
