Volunteers help clean up debris in Lee County

LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Volunteers in Lee County helped clean up debris along Estero Boulevard on Wednesday.

So far volunteers have removed over 4,000 pounds of trash and debris this year.

They have partnered with Lovers Key State Park- Park Site.

This was only two days after Fort Myers Beach leaders began documenting piles of concrete that still needed to be cleaned up.
