COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. --- A Lely High School was arrested on Friday after making a disturbing comment at school on Friday.
Collier County Sheriff's say the student made the comment to other students while in a classroom.
After further investigation, Deputies have determined the student did not have the ability to carry out a harmful act.
The student was arrested and is charged with disruption of a school function which is a misdemeanor.
