NAPLES, Fla — NCH Healthcare System says starting Tuesday, September 15th, they will allow limited visitation for patients.

In a press release, NCH announced that after reviewing protocols, they have determined that they can safely lift visitor restrictions and allow adult visitations again.

Restrictions were put in place to help keep everyone safe because of the coronavirus.

NCH says they will allow visitation from 9-11 am and 4-6 pm, and visitors under the age of 12 will not be permitted.

All guests must be visiting a loved one. Guest can also be a caregiver escorting a patient seeking care at Baker or North Naples Hospitals.

People in a patient's immediate household will only be permitted.

NCH is asking guests who may be ill, have a fever, or have been exposed to COVID-19 to refrain from visiting. All visitors should be in good health.

A screening process will be required upon entry.

You must also wear a face mask at all times, and ventilated masks are not allowed. It would be best if you also practiced physical distancing.

NCH says one visitor will be allowed per patient and will be restricted to the patient room and hospital lobby.

No visitation will be allowed for COVID-19 patients except under compassionate care circumstances.
