LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Four in Your Corner has acquired court documents showing the citations issued to 19-year-old Logan Hetherington, who is accused of hitting and killing 8-year-old Layla Aiken back in March.

The citations are for Vehicular Homicide, Hit and Run, and Failing to Stop or Remain at a Crash Involving Death.

Hetherington was released from jail Friday after his family paid a $131,000 bond.

Law enforcement says DNA testing determined it was his truck that struck Layla while she waited for her school bus.

A police report shows unusual Google searches on his phone for things like "what does a computer device in car read" and "how hard do you have to hit a car to set off impact sensor.”

Hetherington's next court date is June 24.
