LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A North Fort Myers man is behind bars for allegedly beating a person over a few missing baseball cards.
According to the arrest report, the victim was hired for landscaping by 58-year-old Gail McCauley on November 26th.
The victim says McCauley accused him of stealing valuable baseball cards and tied him to a chair with the help of three other people.
The victim says he was then beaten with a baseball bat and stabbed with a knife.
McCauley is charged with False Imprisonment, Aggravated Battery, and Aggravated Assault.
