NAPLES, Fla. -- A 74-year-old Naples man was arrested last week after deputies say he approached another man in a bar and bit him on the nose and punched him.
Daniel Poole has been charged with Battery and released on bond.
According to Naples Police, the night of March 14th, Poole was at Bambusa Bar and Grill on Goodlette Frank Road when he approached another man from behind, grabbed him, and bit him on the nose. Surveillance video showed the biting incident, followed by Poole sitting down next to the victim and punching him in the face.
Poole told police that he was trying to kiss the victim but accidentally missed.
