Man accused of exposing himself on I-75 and flashing gun at drivers

NAPLES, Fla. ---- Florida Highway Patrol Troopers arrest a man for pointing a gun to drivers while on the Interstate.

According to a FHP press release the incident happened around 7:30 a.m. Thursday on I-75 near Immokalee Road. Troopers received multiple reports of a blue BMW driving reckless northbound on I-75 from mile marker 111, Immokalee Road. 

Witnesses tell investigators that the people inside the BMW were seen throwing objects out of the car and exposing their buttocks at other cars. 

Florida Highway Patrol Troopers stopped the BMW on I-75 at mile marker 131, Daniels Parkway. A loaded pellet gun, matching the description from witnesses, was located inside the car. 

Investigators arrested the passenger, Anderw Ramirez, 22, and was transported to the Lee County Jail. Ramirez is charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of careless display of firearm and disorderly conduct.
