FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The man accused of inappropriately grabbing several women in parking lots and stores made an appearance in court Wednesday morning after being arrested Tuesday.
23-year-old Dominic Sforza is facing three counts of battery.
The judge set bond at $20,000 for each count and ordered himn to wear a GPS monitoring device. He is ordered to stay away from the businesses where the incidents happened and have no contact with the victims.
His next court date is set for November 18th.
The first reported incident was at the Dollar Tree on Tamiami Trial in Fort Myers last Monday. Detectives say the suspect followed a woman around the store and as she was walking to her car he approached her and touched her between the legs.
Detectives say the other incidents happened at the Publix on Daniels Parkway, a McDonald's near FGCU, and two other undisclosed locations.
