A man is facing battery charges after Cape Coral police say he got into a fight with his uncle and punched his uncle's dog.
Police say Michael Jimrusti punched the dog twice to punish the animal. Jimrusti's uncle told police that he fell into a glass window during the fight.
Jimrusti's grandmother witnessed the fight and confirmed the story.
