FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Lee County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested a man who got into an altercation over milk.
LCSO says Justin Anthony Garcia, 31, got into an argument and physical altercation.
The victim was punched in the face and chased by Garcia while he held a pocketknife.
The victim was then struck with the knife causing a small laceration on his torso.
Garcia is charged with Aggravated Battery.
