LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Gulf Coast University Police responded to a report of a suspicious person walk on a sidewalk on to FGCU Blvd.
When the police approached the man, they noticed he was only wearing a red T-shirt and nothing else. His lower half was completely exposed.
Jean-Baptiste Obed, 31 told police his pants got wet, then he lost them and that he was going for a walk. Jean-Baptiste also said he was homeless.
Jean-Baptiste was arrested for indecent exposure.
