FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Lee County deputies say they've caught the man who robbed a Fort Myers convenience store Sunday morning.
Deputies say 20-year-old Christian Torrez pulled out a gun and demanded money from the cashier, and fled on foot with the cash. This happened around 3:40 a.m. Sunday at
the Circle K on Summerlin Road at John Morris Road.
Torrez was quickly identified as the suspect in this robbery and another robbery at a 7-Eleven on Summerlin Road back in May. He was even wearing the same sweatshirt.
Now Torrez is in jail, facing two charges of robbery with a firearm.
His bond has not been set.
