CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Cape Coral Police officers responded to a disturbance between two neighbors.
Police determined that Tylor McHugh, 22, had been the aggressor, biting the victim on the arm and striking him in the back with a broomstick. McHugh then grabbed a pickaxe and began following the victim in a threatening manner.
McHugh also battered a second victim (by shoulder-checking), but that victim did not wish to press charges.
McHugh was arrested for battery (touch/strike) as well as aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
He was medically cleared for a laceration he suffered during the altercation and was transported to the Lee County Jail.
