A girl says a man was staring at her while touching himself inside a Fort Myers Chili's. Now the Lee County Sheriff's Office is investigating.

It happened during the dinner rush Monday night.

The victim told deputies while her mom paid the bill, a man at the end of the bar stared at her while he touched himself.

"That's totally unreal," said Sue Bradley, when she learned what happened inside the popular restaurant.

The girl described the man as someone with a striking resemblance to Kevin's brother from King of Queens. She went on to say the man was in his late 40s with gray hair.

"I think it's disgusting," said Kim Hall. "We're seeing a lot more of it these days and I don't like it," she added.

The girl told deputies she saw the entire thing. Parents outside the restaurant on College Parkway said they'll keep a closer eye on their children.

"My kids love to go to Chili's," said Wendy Bailey, "I'll keep them in sight and make sure who is around us," she added.

People think the man who did this has an underlying problem.

"I would tell him to go get counseling," said Hall. "He's ruining other people's lives," she added.

A Chili's Grill and Bar spokesperson sent 4 In Your Corner the following statement:

"Upon learning of this report through the Lee County Sheriff's Office, we have and will continue to fully cooperate with the ongoing investigation."
