LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A worker at a North Fort Myers convenience store tells Fox 4 that a man came into his store asking to use the phone to call for help after being beat up.
It happened early Monday morning at the Circle K store at the intersection of McDaniel Drive and Laurel Lane in the Suncoast Estates community.
Deputies and an ambulance responded to the scene but declined to comment.
The store manager says paramedics bandaged the man up and took him away in the ambulance.
