LEE COUNTY, Fla. — The Lee County Sheriffs Office responded to a call about an altercation between two vehicles in the Palm Beach Boulevard, Buckingham area.
A victim told the Sheriff's office he saw a man wearing a Jason mask in a vehicle. The victim began recording the suspect.
The suspect started shooting multiple rounds from a gun.
The victim fled the scene unharmed.
Aviation was called to locate the suspect.
Aviation deputies watched from above while the suspect exited his vehicle, still wearing the mask, and removed the license plate from his vehicle. The suspect turned the license plate upside down and drove away.
Deputies were able to find Eugene Tyler Jr. 19, and charge him with Aggravated Assault with A Deadly Weapon.
He was taken into custody without incident.
