FORT MYERS, Fla. — Construction on the Margaritaville Resort on Fort Myers is set to move forward.
The most recent lawsuit against the contractor has been dismissed.
In a Facebook post, Margaritaville announced construction would begin in the next 30 to 60 days.
They say due to COVID-19 restrictions, some of the permitting processes are moving slow.
