CAPE CORAL, Fla. — A massage parlor worker in the Cape has been arrested for offering a man sexual acts in exchange for money.
The victim told police he went to the massage parlor to receive a message on his shoulder.
But when Kou Hua Liu, 64, completed the massage, she then told the victim she had additional services for more money.
When the victim refused, Liu began to grab the victim’s genitals and continued to try and sell her additional services.
The victim left immediately and called the police.
Liu was placed under arrest for battery.
