LEE COUNTY, Fla. – There’s new information on the former attorney for the accused Zombicon shooter.
Attorney David Brener has been disbarred.
He's been missing for months and is in contempt of court for not showing up to Jose Bonilla's hearings.
According to the Florida Bar Association, Brenner was disbarred on June 6th and will be required to pay restitution of over $2,700 to six clients.
