LEE COUNTY, Fla. — There are more than $300,000 waiting to be claimed by residents and companies that have done business with Lee County.
The money Includes uncashed checks for payments by the Department of Transportation and Clerk of Court.
There are about 900 claims ranging from as little as one dollar to over $100,000.
