CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- A rental moving truck was backed into a Cape Coral home Monday.
The Penske moving truck backed into 503 SE 12th Court.
Cape Coral Police say that Christofeers Vivas rented the Penske truck and attempted to back the box truck into the driveway of the home. Vivas then accidentally made contact with the garage portion of the home, causing substantial damages to both the house and the Penske truck.
The Cape Coral building inspector deemed the property unsafe/unstable and condemned the property. The inspector also deemed the Penske truck unmovable at this time.
