COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- A Naples High school teacher has been arrested after an underage female claims he had sex with her multiple times, and reportedly send nude photos of himself to minors.
30-year-old Brock Smith was arrested at his home in Naples on Monday. He's been at the school since 2011, and is also an assistant football coach there.
According to a Collier County Sheriff's Office report, Smith had contacted a minor female on Snapchat, telling her he was going to visit her at her job. When he arrived, he suggested going into a restroom, where they had intercourse. This happened on two occasions, according to the victim.
In another case, Smith is accused of contacting a minor on Instagram and Snapchat, where he engaged in lewd conversations and sent a nude photo of himself. He reportedly invited the female to his house to have sex while his wife was out of town, but the girl told him to stop contacting her.
Smith is charged with Sexual Battery on a victim 16 or 17 years old, and using Computer to Solicit/Lure Child.
Collier County Public Schools tells Fox 4 that they are cooperating with law enforcement on this matter. Smith will be reassigned to administrative duty once he is released from prison.
On Tuesday, a judge ordered Smith to surrender his passport once he's released on bail, and not go on the property at Naples High School.
