Naples homeowner catches woman entering her car

A Naples woman is facing burglary charges after she allegedly broke into an unoccupied vehicle, according to the Collier County Sheriff's Office. 

On Friday, deputies responded to a home on 32nd Ave SW in Naples in reference to a burglary in process.

The victim told deputies that an unknown woman, wearing a gray t-shirt, was in her vehicle parked outside of her home. When the victim's husband asked the woman what she was doing, the woman took off on foot, according to CCSO.

Responding deputies were able to set up a perimeter, blocking the exit outside of the area, and K-9 Units were deployed. A K-9 quickly located the woman, later identified as Tina Truncale, 46, of Naples.

She was arrested and face Burglary charges.
