NAPLES, Fla.-- The Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested a man for three counts of possession of child pornography, which is a third degree felony.
24 year old Javier Arredondo was arrested on Tuesday. The investigation began in October after agents conducted an undercover operation.
On Tuesday, FDLE special agents, Department of Homeland Security and the Collier County Sheriff's Office, executed a search warrant at Arredondo's home on 20th Avenue.
During the search, agents seized computers and other devices from his bedroom. FDLE agents conducted forensic examinations of the devices and recovered videos of suspected child porn, which included children younger than 5 years old.
Additional charges are pending in this case.
