COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- A Naples man is facing a charge of Battery after being accused of intentionally grabbing a woman inside the Fresh Market store.
According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, the victim told investigators that she had initially noticed the man standing near her car in the Lowe's parking lot.
The victim says she drove her car across the parking lot to the Fresh Market and walked inside. Shortly after entering the store, she says the suspect ran up behind her and grabbed her right buttock with force.
A witness told investigators that the suspect then fled the store and went into the Staples until deputies arrived and took him into custody.
19-year-old Calvin Cadet was arrested and charged with misdemeanor Battery and booked into the jail.
