Naples man attempts to relieve himself in front of deputy

Posted

A Naples man unzipped his pants and attempted to urinate in front of a deputy, the Collier County Sheriffs' Office said.

It happened Saturday night outside of Mi Terra Restaurant and Bar in Collier County.

While walking around the parking lot, a deputy observed a man, later identified as 28-year-old Lisan Lamoth-Lahitte holding a can of beer.

Lamoth-Lahitte took off and went behind a dumpster when the deputy began to approach him.

As the deputy rounded the corner of the dumpster, Lamoth-Lahitte threw his beer can to the ground and began to unzip his pants attempting to urinate, CCSO said.

The deputy tried to detain Lamoth-Lahitte but the suspect was able to run free.

He was eventually arrested for Disorderly Intoxication and Resisting and Officer with Violence.
