NAPLES, FLa. — We are getting closer to naming the new lion cubs at the Naples Zoo, and you can help!

The three male cubs were born back in May. This was the first time lion cubs were born at Naples Zoo in over 30 years.

Many of you submitted name suggestions for the cubs through the zoo's Facebook page.

Now, it's time to vote for the finalists:

Ruaha - Chobe - Karoo (National Parks in Africa)

Kwacha (Dawn) - Ketto (Sunrise) - Kambui (Fearless)

Khari (Kingly) - Kayin (Long-awaited Child) - Kijani (Green)

Dunia (Earth) - Upepo (Wind) - Moto (Fire)

Mwezi (Moon) - Lwazi (Knowledge) - Kwacha (Dawn)

You can vote on your favorite set of names at www.napleszoo.org/ lioncubs.

The person who submitted the winning names will get a prize package, including a zoo membership.
