NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Lee County Sheriffs Office conducted a traffic stop in North Fort Myers Monday Afternoon.
Deputies observed the driver and passenger appeared to be nervous and skittish.
The driver and Charles Everette Robinson, 39, were asked to step out of the vehicle.
Robinson remained in the vehicle and begun flailing his arms.
Deputies removed Robinson from the vehicle, at which time Robinson headbutted one of the deputies on scene.
A search of the vehicle revealed 18.8 grams of Heroin.
Methamphetamine was found on Robinson.
Robinson was arrested and charged with Heroin Trafficking, Drug Possession, Drug Equipment Possession, and Resisting an Officer with Violence.
