SARASOTA COUNTY, Fla. — The city of North Port is closing down a bridge so it can complete emergency repairs.
The Cocoplum Waterway on Pan American Boulevard will be closed at 7 a.m. to complete emergency repairs of the bridge due to erosion.
The city says the work is anticipated to be done by 5 p.m. on Thursday.
