NORTH PORT, Fla. — A North Port man has been arrested on 40 felony charges for possession of images containing sexual acts performed by children.
North Port Police discovered Luis Valenzuela,58, had a total of three hundred and four child porn images. A total of five images were photographs of child pornography with sexual conduct/sexual battery with a child less than five years of age.
The remaining two hundred and ninety-nine images were photographs of child pornography in a sexually suggestive pose and sexual battery of a child older than five years of age.
He is currently being held in the Sarasota County Jail.
Valenzuela lived less than a mile from Cranberry Elementary School in North Port.
