LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A Fort Myers Police officer was involved in an early morning crash Thursday.
It happened before dawn on U.S. 41 at the Lake Fairways entrance on North Fort Myers, and involved an FMPD patrol vehicle and a Mercury sedan.
The Fox 4 Breaking News Tracker confirmed there were no injuries. Both drivers were on scene and seemed to be cooperating with the investigation.
The scene has since cleared.
