FORT MYERS, Fla. -- One man is reported to be injured in a shooting incident in Fort Myers Friday morning.
According to Fort Myers Police, officers responded to the area of Cranford Avenue and Lafayette Street just before 7 a.m. after reports of gunfire.
A 52-year-old man was found wounded at the Cranford Corner Store.
EMS tended to the victim, who is said to have non-life threatening injuries.
Police continue to investigate but insist there is no danger to the public.
