NAPLES, Fla. — Bella Martinez is still left in shock after she says a man exposed himself to her and performed a lewd act. She captured images of the man. Martinez says it happened in a shopping strip parking lot on Davis Blvd. and Santa Barbara Blvd. in Naples on August 19th.

Martinez was parked in a parking spot when she looked up and noticed a strange man walking towards her.

“He was already eyeballing me, rolling his pants leg up. As he got closer to my car, he was completely exposed manipulating himself to get my attention,” said Bella Martinez.

The whole ordeal left Martinez shaken up.

“That’s when he gave me this satisfied look like sorry, gotcha. That’s what hurt me the most, that my mom is not sleeping, I’m not sleeping, it just doesn’t make sense,” said Martinez.

Thinking the horrific incident was over, Martinez was wrong. Sharing this a video with us from the second encounter Monday, August 24th, by the same predator. She is seen here trying to chase him down.

“Completely exposed again this time and he was just walking with it, like not even stopping but looking at us for a reaction,” said Martinez.

Martinez posted pictures of him to Facebook, hoping someone may recognize him. Martinez filed a police report and was contacted by Collier County Sheriff's Office to identify the suspect.

“A detective did want to speak to me and show me some pictures of some possible people. We did identify the same guy, and from there I believe they just have to do whatever the law lets them do and hopefully we will see something soon,” said Martinez.

That’s right at this time you are urged to call the Collier County Sheriffs Office if you can help identify this man.
