FORT MYERS, Fla.-- A paranormal investigator visited a historical building in Southwest Florida to share if they found anything spooky in the building along with some of their other mystical stories.

Lee Ehrlich hosted a late night talk at the historical Laboratory Theater of Florida Friday, but returned with our crew on Tuesday. The building is almost 100-years-old and is rich with history.

Ehrlich said he can sense a lot of activity in certain spots of the theater.

However, Executive Director Annette Trossbach stressed that not everyone has spooky encounters while visiting, but there have been a few nights she has heard an applause as she was locking up.

Ehrlich is known around the world as an expert in underwater paranormal phenomena, and has even landed a starring role on the Travel Channel’s "Legends Of."

The Lab hopes to have Ehrlich visit the theater again so he can continue to share some of his adventurous stories and The Lab's fun history.
