CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Cape Coral Police have positively identified the body of Diane Ruiz, a woman who went missing while walking to work.
Cape Police have now confirmed Wade Wilson as person of interest in the death of both women.
The manner of Diane Ruiz death has not yet been determined.
