LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- You have a chance to bid on items for just a quarter and help animals who need a loving home.
Bailey's Way Rescue will host a quarter auction on May 16, 2018, to help their pets. It will be at Mugs N' Jugs Family Grille in Lehigh Acres from 5:30 until 9 p.m. The auction starts at 7 and all of the proceeds from the event will go to the rescue. They have quarter auctions once a month.
Bailey's Way Rescue is a non-profit that rescues animals and fosters them through Southwest Florida and the state. They take in pets from kill shelters and owner-surrenders.
Our pet of the week is Prince, a 3-year-old Labrador Retriever and German Shepard mix who was an owner-surrender. Prince is playful and loving.
