SANIBEL, Fla. — A single-engine, single-seat Piper Aircraft safely made an emergency landing on Sanibel at the beach near West Gulf Beach Drive Access #6.
The pilot reported to Sanibel Police Officers that the Piper Aircraft began to sputter for unknown reasons.
The pilot released the banner he was flying and made an emergency landing.
No injuries were reported.
