TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — 65-year-old John Carr of Plantation won a $1 million scratch-off game.
He chose to take the one-time payment of $790,000.
Carr bought the ticket from Plantation Wine and Liquor at 5245 West Broward Boulevard.
