CAPE CORAL, Fla. — The Cape Coral Police Department has arrested Kenneth Lawson on two counts of DUI Manslaughter .
Lawson is the father of two boys who died after a car crashed into a Cape Coral canal last week.
On Wednesday, November 25th, officers responded to the 3100 block of NE 5th place regarding a car that crashed into a canal.
The 2014 white Ford Focus has submerged.
Two boys, ages 7 and 10, were found inside the car.
Police in Michigan have a warrant out for the father of the two little boys.
