CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Police were searching the area around a Cape Coral Moose Lodge Tuesday in an effort to locate a missing endangered woman.
43-year-old Diane Ruiz was reported missing Monday in Cape Coral after last being seen on foot in the 200 block of NE 3rd Terrace.
Tuesday, a Lee County Sheriff's Office helicopter was searching the area near Santa Barbara Boulevard and Pine Island Road. Ruiz works as a bartender at the Moose Lodge on Santa Barbara.
