NAPLES, Fla. -- Police have released images of a gold necklace and pendant they say belonged to an unidentified person who was found dead along the Gordon River last week in Naples.

According to Naples Police, the bones were found on April 2nd in a mangrove estuary just off U.S. 41.

They say the person was wearing the necklace pictured here, featuring a gold and white stone charm with the word “FAITH” and an olive branch. A peach dove is also depicted out of white stones on the charm.

Police say the person was a male over 30 years old, who was previously missing four front teeth and had a prior gunshot wound to the rib and spinal area which was medically treated and not a factor in his death.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of this individual or any other information regarding this death investigation should contact the Naples Police Department (239) 213-4828.
