A man is facing murder charges after he allegedly stabbed a man Tuesday morning.
Deputies with Lee County said Cullen Roe called 911 and admitted to stabbing his roommate.
Deputies said they found Kody Detling’s body in the apartment on Van Loon Commons Circle in Cape Coral when they arrived.
Roe turned himself in and is facing second degree murder charges.
