CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Police say a man armed with a machete robbed a Cape Coral 7-eleven store early Monday morning.
It happened around 2 a.m. Monday at the store on Andalusia Boulevard at Diplomat Parkway.
According to Cape Coral Police, the suspect was described as 6'2" tall, wearing a black mesh type mask and carrying a machete.
He left the store on foot, possibly heading southbound, with approximately $80 in cash.
