CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Good news if you're looking for a place to cool off this summer! The Cape Coral Yacht Club pool is now back open.
The pool had been closed since February for a resurfacing project, but it just re-opened Wednesday morning.
It will now have a new slip-resistant deck area, newly resurfaced main and kiddie pools, new tile, and new handrails.
Over the next few weeks, new diving boards will be installed and bathroom renovations will be completed.
The improvements cost about $250,000.
