COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.-- Lock it, or lose it! That's the message from Collier County Deputies after cars were broken into in Golden Gate.
According to the Collier County Sheriff's office, the robberies happened at the "Reserve at Naples Apartments" and "Bella Vita Condominiums", both located off Whippoorwill Lane, south of Pine Ridge Road. All the robberies happened overnight between August 7th-8th, 2019. Deputies say all the cars were unlocked. Deputies say robbers will check door handles, searching for unlocked cars. Vehicles with valuables in plain sight are especially vulnerable to getting broken into.
