UPDATE (11:35 AM) -- Court has taken an early lunch, with plans to resume at 1:15 p.m. The judge says the next witness could be a lengthy one.

UPDATE (10:40 AM) -- The 3rd witness of the day is Suzanne Buchhofer, a Lee County Sheriff's Office analyst.
Buchhofer says she reviewed phone records from cell phones collected as evidence in the Teresa Sievers murder investigation.

UPDATE (10:30 AM) -- Next up on the stand is Winston Chambers, who works at TracPhone Wireless, a pre-paid cell phone service. He is a manager in the subpoena compliance department.
Chambers said the 858 area code phone had been purchased at a Walmart in Naples.

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- We are now on Day 12 in the trial of Jimmy Rodgers, who is accused of murdering Dr. Teresa Sievers in her home after being hire by her husband to kill her.
The first state witness of the day is taking the stand. Myra Simmons, an analyst from the Lee County Sheriff's office. Specializes in cellphone investigations. Simmons was asked to research phones in the Teresa Sievers murder investigation.
Simmon says, in this case, they were looking for records from AT&T since both Wright and Mark Sievers used that cellphone service provider.
