Rodgers Trial Updates (Tuesday 10/22) -- Jury undecided

UPDATE (5:13 PM)-- 7 hours into deliberation. The jury asked to come back tomorrow with a clear mind.

UPDATE (2:15 PM) -- Jurors have returned from lunch and asked for 11 copies of the jury instructions.

UPDATE (12:15 PM) -- The jury requested a video and transcripts of Taylor Shomaker's testimony. Judge Kyle says they can only get a read back of the testimony.

The court stenographer is currently reading back the testimony to jurors.

UPDATE (10:15 AM) -- Deliberation has begun for the Rodgers Trial.

The two alternate jury members were dismissed. They are still not to look up anything regarding this case since they will still be needed for the guilty phase if the verdict comes back "guilty as charged."

Fox 4 has a crew standing by and will report live as soon as the verdict is reached.

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The jury in the Jimmy Rodgers murder trial were back in court Tuesday morning, where Judge Bruce Kyle began reading instructions to jury members.

Sequestration of the jury could happen if a verdict is not found Tuesday.
