FORT MYERS, Fla. — A highly-anticipated Salvation Army fundraiser returns this weekend.
The Most Amazing Race of Southwest Florida is set to take place on Saturday, Feb. 8 at 10291 McGregor Blvd.
Similar to the popular TV series, teams of two will compete by following clues across the area and race for charity.
The tasks can be anything from jumping off a ten meter diving platform to bouncing across a field inside a giant inflatable ball.
Several of Fox 4 Morning News on-air talent will also attend the fundraiser. Chris Shaw will be volunteering at the event and Lisa Greenberg will emcee, while Amy Wegmann and Trent Aric are competing as a team.
