LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- School buses in Lee County may be experiencing some delays Friday, according to a Lee County Schools spokesperson.
There will be a lot of changing drivers for students in the district, mostly impacting the west zone, which covers Cape Coral.
51 employees in the transportation department out are Friday, some due to illness.
Also, a lot of buses are taking students across the county to Lakes Park for Special Olympics.
Parents will get a ParentLink notification if their bus will be 15 minutes late.
